Each Summit registration includes full access to both days of event programming and all corresponding group networking events and meals, including: a dinner reception on Tuesday, October 13th; breakfast, luncheon, refreshment breaks throughout the day, an evening cocktail reception and after-hours event on Wednesday, October 14th; and breakfast, luncheon and refreshment breaks throughout the day on Thursday, October 15th.

Please note: EDI’s preferred room rate is no longer available at the the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali. You may contact the hotel directly if you wish to inquire about potential availability outside of the block.

*Faculty Registration: Only confirmed Summit Faculty participants may register as a Summit Faculty Member. If you select "yes" and receive an unrecognized email address error message, please contact your EDI Faculty Liaison for assistance.

**Cancellation Policy: Once paid, registration fees for EDI’s programs are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule their attendance at a seminar or event, a registration is transferable to another seminar or event hosted by the Electronic Discovery Institute so long as registrant provides at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. Your rescheduled seminar or event must take place within one (1) year from the original seminar or event date. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with EDI in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration.
